The term hyperconsciousness is used to define a state of special awareness.
Awareness that the subject has of himself, his identity and the external world.
Hyperconsciousness goes beyond the mental and emotional human being.
Being in a state of hyperconsciousness brings us back to the essence of our universal humanity.
This state leads the individual to transcend the limits of physical or earthly life, as consciousness, and even more so hyperconsciousness, will accompany us beyond death.
Hyperconsciousness constitutes in my opinion, hyperconsciousness acts as a bridge to collective consciousness.
From a quantum perspective, it connects us with what we might call “group consciousness.”
Being able in parallel to assume that a strong convergence of intentions and emotions can create an energy pole of its own, as bring up on The third world, we can imagine the potential of hyperconsciousness.
1. Action and movement
The current evolution of society, characterized by an exponential increase in various stimuli, generates anxiety and feelings of inadequacy in a growing number of individuals.
These feelings often hinder the individual’s ability to position themselves within the social context, experience it fully, and “endure” it.
We have previously had the opportunity to partially describe this ambient noise, in the article Information overload.
Continuous sound and visual stimuli and constant exposure to perfect “models” force the subject to turn into a kind of marathon runner. This situation of perpetual delay is caused by:
- Excessive social interaction, which is necessarily poor due to lack of time and barren due to the impossibility of establishing a true empathic relationship
- search for financial stability made difficult by the collapse of purchasing power and economic need aimed at a feeling of success and equality
- Tragic view of the passage of time: misunderstanding of the pleasure and depth of aging
- alcohol and drug use
Other factors clearly contribute to this anxiety, stress, or societal burnout.
The individual, especially the constantly disturbed young person and young adult, gets out of his conscious sphere and loses the best point of view: his own.
Well-being is no longer sought in the stability and continuation of a life project, but in the pursuit of physical (food, sexual and narcissistic) and psychological (brief and multiple virtual social interactions) fulfillment.
Maintaining balance in order to succeed requires a lifestyle that we will call healthy and real.
1.1
Technological evolution does not necessarily bring about psychological evolution. Human-to-human interaction cannot be expanded indefinitely. When the circle of relationships grows too large, interactions shift to a different basis. They become rooted in physical appearance and social belonging. Judgments are formed based on brief exchanges, with positive or negative impressions emerge almost instantely.
1.2
For those in the middle class, priorities are often restructured to maintain relevance within a socio-virtual group. This frequently results in an intense work pace, leaving little time for self-reflection.
1.3
The value of aging is not recognized. As with culture, access to experience has become particularly challenging, notably due to the assaults on family structures. The new utilitarian morality does not allow consumption for those who do not produce. Planned death is proposed as a social achievement.
1.4
The normalized consumption of psychotropic substances provides fleeting moments of illusory lightness.
2. Role of consciousness
In order to decide, and not just choose, act and thus live, we must have self-awareness of the world around us.
How to increase the relationship between ourselves and our consciousness?
Can we cultivate the health of our consciousness to have much closer contact with our soul?
Can the soul communicate with God independently of consciousness?
Does consciousness remain a companion of the soul during the journey after death?
Can we therefore imagine the existence of a common consciousness?
Does consciousness accompany the soul in its journey after death?
This last reflection does not limit us to a circle of believing readers.
3. The gymnasium of consciousness
Listening to the profound silence opens the door to understanding our neighbor. Before listening to others and seeking to understand them, we must first listen to the shared self that unites us.There we will find the key to understanding our neighbor.
3.1 – Love without the arms
Imagine wanting to protect, to love, to hold a child without disposing of your body. Appreciate the immediate breath that heightens your sensitivity, the emanation of energy that seeks to envelop your loved one.
Perceive the complete annihilation of negative thoughts, the annihilation of anger or resentment even against others, because they are incompatible with the impulse of love.
Your presence can be felt even in your absence. The “alienation” exercise of detachment will help you rise above daily monotony and radiate serenity around you.
Before saying I love you, love without a body and without words, prepare yourself and only resting your fingers on each other will sublimate your feeling.
3.2 – Love yourself without rewarding yourself
Enjoy the deep pleasure of being. Existing is a gift and a pleasure that needs no further gratification. That is not why the pleasures of life are to be snubbed. Enjoy them as if they were grains of knowledge. Appreciate good food, enjoy contact with a body, swim in the sea as if it were your own.
Embrace loneliness, and it will connect you to others.
3.3 – Live the present as a building block of the future
The past does not condemn you or justify you. The future does not demand or wait for you.
Time has no conscience; your consciousness transcends time.
Focus on goodness and act with purpose each day.
You are not entitled to the anguish nor the honor of predicting the future.
3.4 – Listen to the experience of those advanced in years.
Observe the slow gesture, not by a weary hand, but by an experienced hand. Before the circle closes you will realize that much of the talk and discussion is fundamentally useless, and you will discover that the everyday encapsulates the purpose and explanation of everything.
Whishing you thoughtful reflection!
